Join the trust88 CommunityWho We Are and Where trust88 Started?
Trust88 started with a simple question: why should Malaysian players have to struggle with platforms that are slow, opaque and difficult to use? That question drove a group of experienced individuals in the technology and online entertainment industry to build something different – something that truly puts players first in every aspect.
The name "trust88" was not chosen at random. "Trust" reflects the core value behind every decision we make — from how we process transactions and protect player data, to how we communicate when something goes wrong. "88" carries connotations of luck and prosperity in Asian culture — values we hope to share with every player who joins our platform.
From day one, trust88 was built with the understanding that Malaysian players have their own unique needs and expectations. They want a platform accessible in Bahasa Melayu, one that supports local payment methods, responds quickly, and treats players with respect and transparency. That is what we built, and that is what we continue to improve every day.
Every trust88 player deserves a fair experience, timely payouts and responsive support. This is not merely a promise – it is the operating standard we uphold every day.
Throughout our journey, trust88 has grown from a small platform into one of the most talked-about online gaming destinations among Malaysian players. This growth is not the result of marketing campaigns alone – it is the result of satisfied players recommending trust88 to their friends.
We take pride in our consistent and timely record of paying out winnings. No manufactured excuses, no hidden conditions that appear out of nowhere. When you win, you deserve your money — and trust88 ensures the withdrawal process goes smoothly and within the set timeframe.

Vision & Mission Trust88
Trust88's vision is simple to understand but not easy to achieve: to be the most trusted online gaming platform in Malaysia – not based on marketing claims, but on the real experience felt by players every day they log in.
To achieve that vision, our mission encompasses three core pillars. First, we are committed to maintaining platform integrity – meaning all games are fair, all odds are accurate and all game outcomes result from systems that cannot be manipulated. We use an independently verified random number generator (RNG) to ensure every spin, every card dealt and every dice roll is truly random.
Second, we want trust88 to make life easier for players — not harder. That means a straightforward registration process, instant deposits, reliable withdrawals, and intuitive navigation without needing to read a manual or watch tutorial videos.
Third, we believe responsible gaming is not just a slogan — it is a genuine obligation for a platform like ours. trust88 provides a full suite of self-management tools so players can set spending limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options whenever needed. We want our players to enjoy this platform in a healthy and sustainable way.
Read about our Responsible Gaming policyTo be Malaysia's most trusted, most user-friendly, and most responsible online gaming platform — where every player feels valued, protected, and respected.
To deliver a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming experience through cutting-edge technology, round-the-clock support, and a company culture that puts integrity at the heart of everything we do.
Trust, transparency, responsibility, continuous innovation, and respect for every player — whether they are brand new or a long-standing member of our community.
These values are not just words on paper. They are reflected in how we design the platform, how we train our support team, how we handle complaints, and how we make decisions that affect our player community. Every time we face a difficult choice between business interests and player interests, we choose the player — because without their trust, trust88 would be nothing.
Journey Trust88 From the Beginning to Now
Every major platform starts from a small point. The trust88 journey is proof that with the right commitment, a user-focused approach and the desire to constantly improve – it is possible to build something truly meaningful in this highly competitive industry.
We have always believed that trust is built through consistent action over time — not through grand promises. Every update we release, every improvement we implement, and every issue we resolve is part of a long journey toward becoming a platform that is truly worthy of your trust.
A group of experienced individuals in technology and online entertainment came together with one goal: to build a gaming platform that truly puts Malaysian players first – in terms of language, payments and support.
An intensive development phase involving regional server infrastructure build-out, local FPX payment system integration, 256-bit SSL encryption, and a fully Bahasa Melayu user interface.
The trust88 platform was opened to the public. In the very first week alone, thousands of Malaysian players registered and began enjoying a faster, safer and more convenient gaming experience compared to other platforms.
The trust88 app for Android and iOS is now live, letting players enjoy all platform features more conveniently from their smartphones. Free to download with an interface optimised for smaller screens.
Trust88 now has over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. The platform is continuously updated with new features, new game options and ongoing improvements based on feedback from our player community.
